I’ve been running a few small-scale web projects and recently hit a wall with shared hosting performance. I'm now considering switching to a dedicated server setup, but my budget isn’t massive, so I’ve been digging into options for low cost dedicated server hosting.

The main things I’m looking for:

• Decent performance (at least enough for moderate traffic sites and testing environments)
• Good up-time and support
• Root access for custom setups
• No surprise charges

After some comparisons, HostNoc popped up quite a few times with solid reviews. Their plans seem reasonably priced, and they even offer support for setup which is helpful if you're not super deep into server management.
Has anyone here used HostNoc or found other reliable providers that balance cost and performance well? Would love to hear your experiences or suggestions before I pull the trigger.
